Welcome to From Roots To Shoots!

Congratulations on taking this empowering step!

A very big & warm welcome to From Roots To Shoots. The course content runs for 12 weeks and will be drip-fed as we work through the content. The modules are pre-recorded so don't worry about interacting in real time - if you would like to ask a question, please pop it in the private Facebook group or ask on one of the live Q&A calls.

It's a space to share wins, ask questions & update you as we go along. You are welcome to be as active or inactive as feels comfortable for you, but I do invite you to share your questions and anything that comes up for you on the Facebook group as if you are feeling something, are stuck with something or have a question it is very likely it will help and benefit others too

The live Q&A calls will take place Tuesdays at 6pm (please see the welcome email to add these dates to your calendar). Please use this link to join the call and we will use the same link each time.  Some of the times and dates for the guest practitioner may change slightly but I'll give you lots of notice.

This link will also be used for any guest practitioner sessions and workshops over the next year. You will be notified of these via email.
